Early in my career, I established myself as one of the most prominent high-rise sales professionals, and I am often referred to as “the go-to-guy” for a lifestyle in the sky. Over the years, I have coordinated with residential developers, architects and noted designers in the sales and marketing of numerous residential communities. I have also worked with many Buyers and Sellers, procuring numerous residential resale transactions. Due to this experience, I have acquired an extensive knowledge of real estate developers ”new home purchase agreements,” along with the various ins-and-outs that are involved in the pre-sale process of new construction. Having been a lead sales agent for numerous developers in Los Angeles, Dallas and my hometown of San Diego, I have been fortunate to have participated in many record breaking sales.
My knowledge of the high-rise market goes unmatched, and it is my personal goal to know the various buildings, their history, amenities, and unique attributes. As a Buyer, it is important when considering the purchase of a condominium to hire someone that is extremely familiar with the Homeowner Association (HOA) rules, budgets and regulations. As a Seller, it is imperative that you hire a Realtor that understands and can explain to potential buyers exactly what is included in the monthly HOA fee, along with the benefits of high-rise living.
